🕊️ The Way of Virtue: Living a Noble and Meaningful Life
In a world of seemingly constant motion, moral confusion and corruption, The Way of Virtue invites you to slow down and return to what truly aligns and connects us with truth and source.
Through timeless stories, guided reflection, and embodied spiritual practice, this 12-class journey explores the universal virtues that have guided humanity across cultures and centuries — from Truthfulness and Courage to Compassion, Gratitude, Justice, and beyond.
Using William J. Bennett’s The Moral Compass as our companion text, we’ll weave together classic moral philosophy, Kundalini Yoga, and contemplative inquiry to awaken the heart and align the soul. Each class blends storytelling, discussion, rhythmic movement, breathwork, and mantra meditation to help you embody the virtues in daily life — not as abstract ideals, but as living expressions of consciousness.
Our focused meditation for this series is the Om Asato Ma Sadgamaya mantra — “Lead me from untruth to Truth, from darkness to Light, from mortality to Immortality.”
This sacred verse from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad serves as the guiding prayer of our journey — a call to live with greater authenticity, awareness, and divine alignment.

We meet twice weekly for six weeks — Wednesdays at 5pm (PT) and Sundays at 4pm (PT).

Sessions are LIVE via zoom 2x week: Wednesdays at 5 pm (p) /8 pm(e) and Sundays at 4 pm (p) / 7pm(e). All recordings of classes are made available on our private group portal.
