Kundalini Yoga: A spiritual yogic science working with energy & expansion of consciousness. Employs breath techniques, specific movements, postures, meditation and sacred mantras.
NOTES: Please bring all props you will need for your practice (e.g. Mat, Bolster, Blanket)
